getting into djibouti from ethiopia
 

I got to Djibouti via Galafi. From Addis I had to head towards the North(East), as the road to Harar is blocked for motorcyclists!

Costs to expect:

in Ethiopia:
30,- USD for the Djibouti Visa (in Addis Ababa)
470,- Birr for the letter of recommendation from your (austrian) consulate (other consulates might very well have different prices)

in Djibouti:
No costs at all. That is what I call straight forward.
