Do you need a laissez passer to enter Guinea Conakry from Senegal and yes can you get it at the border?

Hi Ronald,

If you don't have a Carnet, yes you need a LP. Any Guinean embassy will issue one the same day you apply as long as you have the V5. I don't think you can get them at the border, but then again I have never tried.
