kenya visas at border

does anyone know if I can get a visa at the Tanzania/ Kenya border, we are 2 people. 1 german and 1 uk passport holder.
I have read that I might need to apply at a high commission.

I'm a UK passport holder and I crossed from Tanzania into Kenya on the NE side of Kilimanjaro close to Loitokitok this 15th July. I paid US$50 for the Kenyan tourist visa plus US$20 road tax because my bike was staying in country more than one week.

Ditto for a French passport holder, provided you're staying less than 90 days I think. Crossed at Tarime by Lake Vic and it was a cinch. Good luck!

Hi,
I crossed from Tanzania to Kenia at Mananga, yesterday. 50 usd for a single entry, 3 months visa, and 40 usd road tax.
Easy border crossing.
