Nairobi Budget Accomodation
 
Hi,
Two of us are in Nairobi waiting for our bike to arrive, probably Tuesday.
Can anyone recommend a decent budget place where travellers meet?
I want to gather info about the road so I want somewhere where travellers congregate but the place we're in now is a bit isolated.

Jungle Junction on Kongoni Road, Langata is THE place for overlanders in Nairobi.

Do NOT wild camp in the Nairobi area. You are just asking for trouble...

You can wild camp in Nairobi, just like you can in any city. It's called 'Nairobbery', but you just need to know where to go. If not, Karen Camp is great. Has restaurant too.
