No Angola visa in Cotonou anymore
 
tried this morning.

the ambassdor told me all application from Cotonou,Lome and Abidjan will be directed to Abuja.

Transit visa.

I assumed that single entry tourist visa is also not possible to get there.

Confirmed from Lome too:

Not possible, and all diverted to Abuja.
