Road Conditions From Bamako to Ivory Coast
 

Hi guys,

Does anybody know the condition of the road between Bamako and Ferkessedougou (Ivory Coast) via Sikasso? Pot holed tar,, dirt? Any suspect bridges for a 10 tonne truck?

Would sure appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance.

Not sure if it helps, but I've done Bobo-dioulasso - Ferkessédougou, and it's all tar. It's very potholed from Ouangolodougou to Ferkessédougou, but used anyway by many big trucks.

Thanks for the reply Ibendel, I'm hoping that if the Burkinabes can keep their road to Ivory Coast in a half decent condition, then the Malians can do the same.

Ideally want to drive from Bamako to Korhogo in Ivory Coast in less than 2 days.
