Routes Through DRC from CAR to Rwanda
 

Anyone have any recent recommendations?

I'd like to travel via Kisangani, preferably avoiding travelling by river.

I'm particularly interested in fuel availability, and safety.

I don't remember, but probably on the BBC I've got the information last week, that all borders between DRC and CAR remain closed.
