Generally speaking , Its not possible to Sell a car in Senegal any more . Indeed , you can not even bring into the country any car older than 5 years (other than by bribing /carnetdepassage/escorting) . Even if you do , your car's detail are ussually written down in your passport so you can't sell it .

Try Gambia or Mali .
