Tanzania shipping into Dar-Es-Salaam without carnet
 

Hi,

I've seen signs that Tanzania may be thinking of insisting people have carnets rather than the TIP - it looks as though this is quite recent news;

does anybody have details of how that would/could affect shipping a car into Dar-Es-Salaam as a temporary import?
