Tyres in West Africa
 

Currently in Lome but having no luck getting tyres the right size. Does anyone know where else I might be able to get some heading south? Benin, calabar or yaounde?

Riding a dr350 and hoping for something quite knobbly!

Currently in Libreville waiting on some tyres being shipped from Zen Overland.

Frustratingly today I found a fantastic bike shop which had everything one might need. Including all sorts of tyres.

It's called nitrojets and co-ordinates are 0.369996 9.458499

It's next to the marina. There are also two shops nearby but didn't have the same quantity of stock. Hope this helps someone searching in the future!

I missed your earlier post, but I'm surprised you couldn't find decent tyres in Lome. The KTM dealer there used to be able to sort out tyres, particularly if you gave them some notice. Did they not have anything?
