Has anyone heard any news on the proposed single visa for all uemoa/ecowas country's?

Do you mean the Visa d'Entente? It's little tricky to get, very few embassies offer it. I met a guy who recently got it in Ougadougou, I think from some official Burkina office. I tried several embassies in Bamako last week, but to no avail.
