La Pavilion Vert is reasonable hotel accomodation, and walking distance of the city centre, but there is really nowhere to camp on their grounds. There is enough secure parking for motorbikes, and maybe just enough parking for a 4WD, but you would struggle to fit in a lot of vehicles.

If you want to camp, then OK Inn would be fine, but it is out of town.

Camping in Ouaga
 
Hotel Ricardo is nice, they charge CFA 5000 for camping, that includes using the pool which is very nice.
