71 TS185 - Starts up then quits
 

I finally got my 71 TS185 started and it starts to reeve up quite high and then stalls. I want to give it gas to get the motor warmed up and it seems that it reeves up by itself then stalls. There is no air filter and it looks like only one spark plus is plugged into the coil - but there doesn't seem to be a coil for the other plug... it also seems like the throttle valve is not staying open or anything.... hmmmmmm.

i had the same problem turn out that my caby needed a tune and i had a small air leak in my intake manifold
