alu-cast foot pegs mounts???
 

I never give any attention to my footpegs on different bikes I rode until now when I read about Africa Twin alu-cast foot pegs mounts which breaks easily when hit off-road. Quite a few cases reported.

Are there any other adventure bikes which are using alu-cast for this?
Makes no sense to me providing hlnda intentionally made steel frame to be easily fixable while traveling. Now what, we need to carry spare footpegs brackets???
