2012 Inspirational Travel Literature Awards - Nominate now
Last week I asked a question on twitter asking people what their favourite travel books were - I was stunned at the response - such a wide range of books.... so that inspired me to create the first Inspirational Travel Literature awards.
Nominations are now open over at 2012 Inspirational Travel Literature Nominations | The London Biker and will be open for 10 days. After that they'll open for public voting and we'll get the top 10 most inspirational travel books for 2012. If you nominate a book you'll be entered into a prize draw to win either a £30 Traveldri Plus voucher and a £15 Lonely Planet book. Well what a race it's been so far... voting is open until Friday - at the moment Mr Ted Simon is very much in the lead with 103 votes, closely followed by Lois on The Loose with 60 votes The Adventure Motorcycling Handbook with 40 votes...
