Accommodation in Cairo
 

Can anyone recommend a nice, clean authentic hotel in Cairo … 2 nights in December. Parking not an issue this time !!

Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but the 'Dahab Hostel' is a great place to stay in Cairo.

It is just off Maydan Tahrir, so it's close to the Museum and main shopping areas.

The rooms are simple and cheap (30 pounds a night for a double I think) which is about 5 dollars. It is on a rooftop and has fantastic views, and there is always a lively clientele.

It is the best place we stayed in Cairo without a doubt.
