1) Facing away from the border you want to cross, sit on your bike, and wait for a large group pedestrians to cross out of the country you want to enter.

2) Slowly walk your bike backwards into the large group and continue backing until you cross the border and can stop out of sight of the border officials.

3) Continue your tour and repeat the process at the next border.
