Honda CRF250 or 300 as it now is, unless the question is which one of the two listed in which case ignore my answer.

Vespa, HD, BMW have all worked, its a question of what kind of riding you want to do and how fast you want to go.

I have ridden around the world on a 660 Tenere. If I was going for a second lap around the globe I would have chosen a 250. Most likely a Honda Crf. Or maybe even the new CT Hunter Cub 125 cc. Much more fun and much cheaper to buy, cheaper on fuel and cheaper to service which equals more money for the trip....

from these two? definitely tenere T7, less likely to have problems.
but either are fine for long distance travel. Especially new version of T7 with larger tank.
