Carnet de passage
Hi everybody,
when i read stories about the carnet de passage, it is not clear if REALLY it is compulsary or not. For Australia, no doubt but what about Asia, Africa ? It seems quite expensive. you have to pay for it , you have to renew it after 1 year and when you don't need it anymore you don't recover all your money. Please advise. Thanks in advance. |
Start by reading this, but you will need a carnet for south and southeast Asia, some parts of Africa are possible without one but it makes life a lot easier.
