Carnet de Passage price
 

Hi, does anyone know roughly how much would be for Carnet de Passage for Yamaha tenere XT 660 Z (2013) from RAC in UK, I assume the charge to cross the countries is the same on any bike? Thank you.

The RAC is expensive compared to ADAC in Mainland Europe

The Carnet price is not sometimes the issue its the deposit for the country/countries you want to visit
India is something mad like 400% of the bikes worth

I read somewhere that ADAC would not issue Carnet for British registered bikes or something like that. I wonder if i told them my bike worth £1000 they would price accordingly or still would be a cap of £10000. Would be really shame not to visit "Carnet" countries as there is no way i could afford £10 000 just to deposit :(

P.S. Going around the world trip with no time limit so ideally would like to visit all possible countries
