Hey guys

So just to give you an overview, me and 3 friends are planning a bike trip from Egypt to Capetown in 2021. I know its still a long way to go before we actually set off. But I would appreciate any advice that anyone can give me on this trip.
The quick and dirty route country wise we have is Egypt-Sudan-Ethiopia-Kenya-Tanzania-Malawi-Mozambique-Swaziland-South Africa.

We are all from Namibia and are Namibian passport holders. We are planning to ship our motorcycles from Namibia to Cairo and start a 75 day trip down.

That is a great trip you have planned, I did it the other way a few years ago so cannot help with current advice which changes quite regularly, keep an eye open here for updates and good luck with your planning.

Thanks for the welcome. If you have any spread sheets or budget pmans that you could share that will be great. I have gone through some of the info on what to pack etc on the HUBB. This is a great guide. But is there anything specific you would recomend to the route?

Although I recommend doing the loop around lake Victoria to see Uganda/Rwanda. Magical places.
