Getting More than 90 Schengen Days when you like Languages

For Australians at least it seems to be quite simple to get a one year visa for yourself AND YOUR AUSSIE REGISTERED MOTORBIKE. The visa is issued by a specific country (referred to as a one year National
visa in contrast to your regular 90 day Type C Schengen visa).

This is the visa given for language studies and volunteering. Bonus being that in some countries (Spain being a good example) if you study for a minimum of 20 hours per week (average excluding holidays of 1 week in every 6) you can bring in your non-EU vehicle for the duration and ride both Spain and Schengen on your non/EU (ie Aussie) plates.

Accomodation offered by the schools is also cheaper than you might find yourself too.

Furthermore, you can apply for this visa via a lawyer from WITHIN Spain itself (within 60 days of arriving in Schengen). So if you go to Europe with no plan for post 90 day Schengen, a warm winter on the Mediterranean is doable.

I like learning languages so it’s a viable plan for me where the only other option was Wintering in Morocco for 3 months.
