Hi to All
I’m planning a return to South America and would like to continue through to Central America and then on to the American States .
One question I would like to ask is does the ferry still exist that links South and Central America .

No to my knowledge it doesnt. Stahlratte von Bremen is a good alternative albeit a bit costly though if youre travelling on a bike. Its also possible to fly your bike across the Darien Gap...

Definitely no ferry, it ran for a part of a season a few years ago, and stopped. Nothing since. So as noted above, air or Stahlratte.

Search the site on Darien crossing for much more detail, it's a frequent topic. There are loads of stories on the Stahlratte crossing, and the Shipping database has info on air routes.

go overland on motorbike, it can be done. Lot's of mosquito though.
