Is that what a Starbuck's parking lot looks like?

Here we go again...but that is one fugly bike!

I found the BMW parking. wide enough to fit your panniers. Do they wash your bike while you have your moccapoofter choco java? They certainly do a good job. Not one speck of dirt left after that bike has been out touring. They even wash your lid and jacket and hang it up to dry. what service

It's really a very, good thing that Beemer owners go to Starbucks all the time; Starbucks provides needed jobs for KLR and DR owners:rofl::rofl:

Do you need to buy a ticket for skip parking or is it free and open to other marques?:scooter:

If it stops the chelsea tractors knocking over my bike while they try to park, I'm all for it! and I want a skip that I can lower the end or side of for easy access too now i'm getting on a bit ant the BMW does weigh a bit more than the Honda so I can't lift it in and out!

I hope I'm not being too fussy now!

At least the skip is big enough the white van man cant fit the skip in the back and be off with your bike. You only have to worry the chav chucks his bottle into the tip in frustration while swearing that starbucks wont let him in in track suit trousers.

Buy a ticket? To park a bike in a tip? No need to buy. Plod will issue you a ticket free of charge for parking in contravention to some law. Unless you can prove it is part of your religion and culture to park in a tip.

I'm getting on a bit too, and yes the BMW definitely weighs a bit more, as the two fellows who helped me get mine out of the sand yesterday will attest, LOL Always nice to run into a couple of young, physically fit guys on dirtbikes when one is out in sand that didn't LOOK nearly that deep on a large bike!
Lessons learned: 1) walk that sandy path before riding in it! and,
2) ALWAYS make sure the lid on the Starbucks is on nice and tight before heading out into the sand to prevent a catastrophic spill :clap:

when you hit the sand you can chuck the starbucks coffee at those two fellows then look up and power up!

Alternatively, tell one of them to walk the sand first while the other holds your coffee. Has age taught you nothing? How would a good RSM handle it? Certainly not by falling flat on his arse then relying on charity. Shame brother. You have the age respect bike and starbucks coffee. Use your authority! Before they pick up your bike you yell 'Troepe, wat doen julle? daars die boom! Daar gaan julle!' after they have run the 2 km and back to the tree to collect a leaf then you make them pick up the bike for damaging state property. Then after the bike is up and dusted they must run back and put the leaf back.
