Pannier Latches
 

Trust me, I've looked and looked to no avail. Searched on here, followed the links, contacted pannier manufacturers and I cannot find a supplier of pannier latches.

I have to modify my panniers, specifically how they open and close and lock. The panniers are Jesse - old and really tough and nice, the latches SUCK. Not just the latches, but the hinges.

I'd like to put 1 latch on each end that lock. No hinges.

Does anybody out there know where such latches may be found?

have you tried marine suppliers? They have really nice, quality stainless latches of all sorts.
