Question about buying a bike in Chile with foreign plates.
 

Hi. I am in Chile at the moment (been here for a few years).
I see a lot of you selling bikes, some with and some without Chilean plates.

If a bike has plates from another country... does that limit me to how I can use it within Chile?

Could I ride a foreign bike within Chile with no problems?
What about leaving Chile to head over to Argentina, etc...
