I got into wine making about 5 years ago. It turned me into a wino. Ha-ha. Well not quite but having vast quantities of good cheap wine around made it too easy to drink too much. So I packed it in.

Yeah it's a bit of a risk, no doubt. Especially if you put the stuff in a cask so you can sneak out to the garage for a top up...
