Updated Adventure Motorcycle Handbook?
 

Bought my copy in 2000 or 2001 - has there been any significant updates since then? Thinking about about buying an updated version but don't want to buy if there's no worthwhile updates.

I'd like to think that at the very least, the chapter on suitable bikes has been updated, taking in to account the R12GS, F650/800GS, KTM 950/990, the 690E, new KLR & Tenere, the Stelvio etc.

There are later editions and reprints with amendments. 2005/6 latest?

A fully updated book could well be in the pipeline, but that could still be some way off.

Although the UK cost is GBP13-ish you can save about half the price by buying the Russian version!
How it gets cheaper after paying a translator I do not understand.
Rip-off Britain?

Down to market forces I imagine?

Is there an up to date equivalent of the AMH?
