Hi, but all credit to Pumpy who mentioned the slim tank in her thread about bike preparation and her South American trip. Heck though, it took a lot of searching to find they're available just up the road from me! Lindsay.

Guys,why are you looking all with the small money?Oh yeah buy an aftermarket tank(more liters) for less money then the smaller OEM part?????Check what is the current price for it.
I payd also for my 40 liters XR 650L tank back in 94 around 900 dollars.So what,I still have it mounted and don´t regret it.No rust inside no dents etc.
The travellers life its not easy.Most of the times comes cheaper.But not all the time.Invest or not is your choice!!
