Pannier Mounts

Hi,
I am looking for a set of pannier mounts (eg-Hepco +Becker) for a 1991 Africa Twin ,to which I could mount a set of Touratech Zega cases.
Iam also looking for a Baglux tank harness for the same bike,Can anyone help?
