WANTED: scooter or bike in GHANA (Accra)
 

Hey all,
Does anyone have current info on buying a scooter or bike In Ghana? Particularly curious about buying one as a foreigner and obtaining proper registration in order to cross borders. I heard Accra is the best place in west Africa for this but there is not a tonne of info.
