Debit or payment card for Russia

I’m hoping to ride in Russia in August. Does anyone have details of the Russian cash card / payment card they developed after sanctions? Many thanks

Google Tinkoff Debit Card for Foreigners. Plenty of info online on how to get one, load it and use it.
