Tyre (or tire) changing video

Now if I could change a tyre in 5 minutes wearing a white shirt and not swearing even once I'd make a video of it too.

gotta say that tyre hasn't been on the rim for 6000 miles if you can just 'pop' it off the bead like that!
usually needs a bead breaker or a couple of fat bastards jumping up and down on it. just as well we're fat bastards!
