Just setting off for Argentina. Anyone there can advise me on the following.

1)Getting bike out of customs at Buenos Aires

2)Currency exchange. I assume that the exchange rate is fairly fluid. Are there safe places where I can get a good rate and what would that be?

3)Any cheap places in BA for language courses

4) Is general security OK for gringos?
