BMW rider killed in Peru accident yesterday
 
Had a bad afternoon yesterday...first cops pulled me over and asked for seguro. Had to pay $50 or lose my license etc. and have bike seized.

THen much worse...I came upon a road accident that happened maybe 20 minutes earlier. Colombian biker on a BMW 1200 GS heading the other direction from me had smacked head on into a car, was killed instantly and bike exploded, still burning when I got there. Be careful fellow riders. It was very sad indeed.

Sad news !

Big fast bikes and South America don't mix well for so many reasons.
