Forged money in Peru...50's
 

Hi folks,
quick word not to take any 50's from anyone (except ATMs of course)
Whole place if fully of dodgy ones, impossible to tell apart from the real ones...

looks like the gas stations seems to be the chief source of bad ones... I got stung twice already

I never had a problem in Peru with fake bills but I have to disagree with the ATM's are safe.
Twice in Mexico I received 200 peso notes from an ATM that were fake!!
