HU Traveller Meeting UK
Hi all, I am South African but will be in the UK during the dates posted for the UK 2006 meeting. I am contemplaitng attending the meeting, however, I (unfortunatly)have to fly up and wont have my bike there. I have looked at the interim program and see that there are various out rides and actual riding planned, will it be worth wile to attend without my bike there? Your opinions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Gus |
MORE than worthwhile - the rides are only taken by a few - there's always someone who's desperate to ride.
Most arrive, park up and don't leave until they absolutely have to on Sunday. There's a ton of stuff going on, hundreds of people to talk to about travel and bikes to look at and talk about. Loads of seminars on everything you could want to know about travel as well. You'll love it, guaranteed... unless you prefer wild booze-ups and burnouts and paaaaarrrrtaaaay! that's why I love HU meetings and hate most other rally's - you won't see some woman on the back of a big hog trying to snatch a hotdog out of the air at a HU rally http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/ubb/biggrin.gif |
