Be careful, keep your ear to the ground if you're in the region!

I would go a bit further than warning people to just "keep your ear to the ground" if you are in South Sudan... my recommendation would be "GTFO" as fast as possible.

I have worked in South Sudan on and off since the late 1980s (in humanitarian relief during the various conflicts in that region), and my experience has been that when conflicts such as what happened yesterday occur, they are usually followed by 6 to 24 months of flat-out warfare.

Experienced that kind of war by myself and my family, same scenario happened in Ukraine, and in many other places.

Greed, ego, and short ride to hell. Controlling the masses, false flags etc
