Riding anything, a bike or a bicycle, is not popular in the gulf states. Only big cars and big 4x4.
So, you may rarely see big bikes, which means almost no japanese bikes dealer.
I lived in Kuwait till the 90 invasion, so maybe the situation has changed, but I doubt.
