Carnet & Bike and Jeep Registration
 

hi, hope some solution for my question above. i live in mauritius and plan in buying a Landy & Bike in Dubai. Then i plan to travel via Iran to the "Stans" (Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan etc) before going via Mongolia to my second home in Russia. So how do i arrange a carnet because i cannot obviously do it in my home Mauritius and since i dont live in the UAE not sure i can do it there - any ideas hugely, hugely helpful thanks and also just confirmation for carnet requirements in the stans
