Different owner name in registration book and carnet

I will drive from indonesia, Burma, India, Pakistan, Iran...to London.. My friend's name in registration book and my name in carnet...
I am traveling alone without my friend..
I will return from Central Asia..
Are there problems when crossing borders? Thanks for your feedbacks.
