Electronic, how to.....
Hi Everybody,
I am building (or trying to build) an alarm for my beautifull bike to keep it safe from people with bad plans. I found the perfect siren, and have a "shock-switch" but now I need a time-delayed-relais. Since I am in Paraguay, there are now IC,s or other handy bits... just resistors and elco,s. The relais needs to stay "on" for about 30 seconds (or 1 minute) after being "triggered" by the shock-switch... I know this is a simple matter of a elco and a resistor over the relais... but that,s all I know... and the local electro-shop-owner can,t get it to work... So.... HELP!!!!! I need a detailed discription (with the values) of the schema... or better yet, a drawing of it.. One important factor... the relay needs to switch the + on and off. Thanks for your help... you electronic wizzard. Maarten ------------------ - www.maartensworld.com - - Some photo's - |
These might help.

Thanks AB,
But I think the IC,s might be hard to get here... But I,ll look around. Maarten ------------------ - www.maartensworld.com - - Some photo's - |
