Netherlands and Germany free camped - just have to be selective where. Look for a place not far off the road (prefrerably NOT private property) that is least likely to upset anyone that does see you. I mostly do wildcamping in Switzerland, Germany, Italy and France and other parts of europe.

For shure, this getting harder if you like to stay really near to a capital or big city.
