I've used one of these cards in the Euro zone for petrol/ hotels etc, but have never managed to get cash from a hole in the wall using it. The reason given was that I was trying to exceed the cash available on the card, which was rubbish as I continued to use it for petrol etc. Anyone else had this kind of experience?
