Fixing patches or logo's to a waterproof jacket
 

Yes I know its a bit obtuse but how do you fit patches to a jacket.
I have some patches advertising some people and wanted to know if there's a better way to put patches on without sewing them on which essentially means I've poked lots of small holes in the membrane.

OK, need to own up, one is a Blue Peter badge/patch, I don't care what you say they sent me this for being a good boy. Also have some charity things to support.

I have used silicon in the past to stick things on to similar materials quite successfully. Just need to weight it down flat for 24 hrs or so.

You could always ask Hells Angels MC France as they must have given the topic some thought when the Hi-Viz law looked like going through.

There is a glue called stormsure for repairing waterproof clothing, might do the job bier

silicon fabric glue (I think some of the ones suggested above sound about right)

clamp it if possible

Sikaflex, is awesome silicone adhesive. Trouble is, I'm not too sure if you can get it in small quantities.
