Is it possible to have a New FJR 1300 shipped to the USA???

Sure,

BUT getting it registered so you can actually ride it is quite another thing.

US regulations, and requirements to import non-US standard bikes, is a bureacratic and expensive nightmare. Not recommended except for very special gotta have bikes.

Expect several thousand dollars, and months to negotiate the maze.
