Getaway Tour 4x4 Joburg to Dschibuti

I need a litte help. I would Like to Start with my Landy Serie 3 from Sasolburg to Dschibuti. The Car is registrated ZA Freestate. The next step with a Ferry on the red sea to Port Said.
Please let me Know,
We will start in Sasolburg to Zimbabwe, Sambia, Tansania, Kenia and Ethopia. From Djibouti on a Ferry to Italy. That‘s the Plan… Any Suggestions on the Route, crossborder, accomodation, troubles, nature Reserve… any experiences you have made please let me know.
