Language Translation software
 

Hi All

Hoping someone can advise on free, if possible, language translation software for the computer. I normally use Google translate which is good, but you need to be online for it to translate. I want some software that I can load onto the computer that will translate without being able to connect to the internet. Need to translate English to Russian-Turkish-French-German.

Can Google translate be set up to work offline? or what other software do you use? a link would be useful.
