Shipping a battery to Kenya...

Hi everyone, I'm in the US for the month of December and want to ship a gel battery to Kenya- where my bike is resting! Chris, at Jungle Junction, wasn't sure if I'd have trouble with Kenyan customs or not. Has anyone shipped a battery to Kenya? Any input is, as always, appreciated. H.
