I once heard from a navy guy that in the past sailors that traveled around the world used to get themself a certain tatoo. This way they recognised each other easily.

Does the RTW travelers have something like that ? if not why dont they have it ?

We too have developed a method for spotting each other. Most 2 wheel RTW / Overlanders have a really knackered bike which is overloaded and has a relly big tank. The beauty of this is that when we want to be antisocial we hide the bike and everyone thinks we are normal so they don't come near us!!

As for tatoos.....I only like them on ladies and where my partner says I shouldn't be looking anyway!

I dont have a big tank ( unfortunately still couldnt find a big tank ) and cant load too much load ( once again unfortunately ).
